What are your delivery options
For UK purchases we offer standard delivery for £3.95 via second class Royal Mail. This normally takes up to 3 business days, but often less. For local delivery we may deliver the item ourselves but will always contact you first to ensure that is acceptable. If an item requires urgent delivery then please contact us via

How do I return an item?
We recommend the use of recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive at our store.

We are very sorry but any product returned without all original tags in place cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We will return it to the sender via second class mail..
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes! we do ship to most countries around the world.
European delivery is £12.95. Delivery to North America,
Canada, Australia and New Zealand is £14.95.

European delivery takes around 3 to 5 days depending on the distance. Other locations may take 5 to 7 days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and it's best to allow up to 10 days for more distant countries.
Do you accept credit/debit cards?
Yes, we accept most credit or debit cards on our online store. Please email us if you wish to make a purchase by telephone using a credit or debit card. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.
What is your returns policy?
Fresh offers the following policy for online purchases:
you have 14 days from delivery to exchange your item or return your purchase for a refund. The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged. All original tags must still be attached to the product.. We must be notified in writing of any item which is faulty or arrives damaged within 48 hours of delivery. All refunds will be made via the original method of payment and may take up to 5 business days to process. Please note we are only able to refund the delivery costs if we receive cancellation of the entire order in writing within the 7 day cooling off period or if the order is incorrect due to our error.
