What are your delivery options
For UK purchases we offer standard delivery for £3.95 via second class Royal Mail. If an item requires urgent delivery then please phone our store during our business hours Monday to Friday and we can arrange a faster delivery for £6.95 if the item is in stock.
How do I return an item?
We recommend the use of recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive at our store.

You may also return any items to our Oxford store at the same address. Please note return postage are not refundable. Our business hours are:
Monday to Friday 10am to 5.30pm
Saturday 9.30am to 5.30pm
Sunday 11am to 4pm
Please note our store is usually open on most Bank Holidays from 11am to 4pm..
Items returned to our store will be refunded via the original method of payment.
OOPS! I'VE REMOVED THE TAGS.....
We are very sorry but any product returned without all original tags in place cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We will return it to the sender via second class mail..
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes! we do ship to most countries around the world.
European delivery is £8.95. Delivery to North America,
Canada, Australia and New Zealand is £11.95.
If your location is not listed then simply email us at
and we will add it to our list.
European delivery takes around 3 to 5 days depending on the distance. Other locations may take 5 to 7 days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and it's best to allow up to 10 days for more distant countries.
Do you accept credit/debit cards?
Yes, we accept most credit or debit cards on our online store. Please phone our store on 01865 243 242 during our business hours if you wish to make a purchase over the phone with your card. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.
What is your returns policy?
Fresh offers the following policy for online purchases:
you have 14 days from delivery to exchange your item or return your purchase for a refund. The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged. All original tags must still be attached to the product.. We must be notified in writing of any item which is faulty or arrives damaged within 48 hours of delivery. All refunds will be made via the original method of payment and may take up to 5 business days to process. Please note we are only able to refund the delivery costs if we receive cancellation of the entire order in writing within the 7 day cooling off period or if the order is incorrect due to our error.
